Credits purchased on the Velozity platform are non-refundable once they have been added to your account. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

## 2. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services:

- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your billing cycle after cancellation.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days.

## 3. Additional Persona Purchases

Purchases of additional personas beyond the free allocation are considered permanent additions to your account and are non-refundable.

## 4. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We may consider refunds in the following situations:

- Technical issues that significantly impact service usability that cannot be resolved within 7 days.
- Erroneous duplicate charges for the same purchase.
- Service unavailability extending beyond 24 consecutive hours.
